If there is one thing I appreciate about the telly, it’s the fact that you never quite know what you are going to see. In some cases, it is a comedy, or perhaps you see a drama but through it all, they are there to entertain us. One thing that many of us love about the telly are the reality type shows, including the Antique Roadshow. We get to see real people in real situations finding out what their precious antiques are worth.
As a fan of Dawn French, we recognise just how versatile she is. That is especially true when she is playing the Vicar of Dibley. You never quite know what to expect from one episode to the next but one thing is certain, she is going to make you laugh. That is also true in this episode, where the Antique Roadshow came to town.
Although the Antique Roadshow is not meant to be a funny show, it sure does have the ability to make us laugh. After all, with Dawn French on the case, you know that a smile is just around the corner.
